Q: How do you create your own work?
This work is made with the power of eel and yakiniku!
...My physical condition and mental state are really directly connected to my work, so I start by "satisfying myself." I carefully pick out moments that move me or things I "like" in my daily life, and paint them just as they are.
Q: What is your source of inspiration?
"Curiosity."
When I naturally accumulate feelings like "I like this," it feels like they emerge as illustrations.
Q: What do you want to convey through your illustrations?
Perhaps I draw because I want to quietly share with someone the feeling, "I really love this!" I put the colors, shapes, and atmosphere that I find exciting into the form of an illustration, quietly offering a "piece of love."
